First turn on the oven at 180C. Then you need to remove as much of the liquid as possible from the chick peas, I left them in between some kitchen roll whilst I did the next step. Next I mix the olive oil, parmesan, oregano, garlic and salt and pepper in a bowl, then add the chick peas together and stir. Place them on a baking tray, spread out and bake them for 30/40 mins, stirring them 3/4 times. once they are brown and crunchy they are ready! Let them cool before you place them in a jar.
