This is by far my favourite breakfast that I love having whilst having brunch in the summer warmth. So it's not warm and we missed brunch and ended up having a late lunch after walking round ICA to buy the weeks groceries for way too long but it was delicious.
We bought ciabatta bread, fresh salmon, spinach and free range eggs. Made a home made hollandaise sauce, poached the eggs and fried the bread and spinach. To go with it we fried mushrooms with butter in the middle to melt and enjoyed a yummy breakfast/lunch.
I want to cook and bake a lot more, for Christmas I got a few cooking books which means I have a lot of stuff to do. Should I write more about what I create, cook and bake?? I would love to hear about things other people create xx
